UNUSUAL - THE AURA

On the mountainside on a steep slope, this halo made of 42,000 pieces (as many as there were Mauriennais at the time of his creation) each bearing a message engraved by the inhabitants of the valley and celebrities (César, Jacques Chirac, Michel Drucker, Bernard Hinault, Nicoletta.). The aura is visible from the Maurienne motorway, the 1006 and the Tour du Châtel for a bird's-eye view. A work monumental 5,000 m2 including the aluminium parts, produced in the valley were riveted together to produce this gigantic Aura to be admired at the Sainte-Marie-de-Cuines.
