ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Check-in time: from 4 p.m. Departure time: before 11am Please respect these hours to allow for optimal cleaning between two rentals. 2. OCCUPANCY OF THE PREMISES The number of occupants must not exceed the number indicated at the time of booking. Noisy parties or parties are not allowed unless previously agreed. Tenants must be over 21 years old or accompanied by a responsible adult. 3. RESPECT FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD Please limit noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Avoid noise pollution in the garden or on the terrace. 4. CLEANLINESS & MAINTENANCE The chalet must be returned in a correct state of cleanliness. The dishes must be done and put away, the bins emptied and sorted according to the posted instructions. In case of breakage or damage, please notify us quickly. 5. PROHIBITIONS Smoking inside the chalet is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed, unless otherwise agreed in advance. It is forbidden to use candles or heating devices not provided by the chalet. 6. USE OF EQUIPMENT Please make normal and careful use of the equipment: appliances, stove/fireplace, spa/jacuzzi, barbecue, etc. Never leave electrical appliances on unattended. If the chalet is equipped with a stove or fireplace: only the wood provided is allowed, follow the instructions for use posted. 7. SECURITY Check that doors and windows are closed when you are away. Do not leave food outside (risk of wild animals). A fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are available on site. 8. INTERNET & MULTIMEDIA Free Wi-Fi access is available. Please do not use it for illegal purposes (downloads, etc.). Do not change the settings of connected devices (TV, internet box, etc.). 9.
